Cowgirls Night Out: What Happens When Local Businesses Come Together

Free Rein Creative is thrilled to announce Cowgirls Night Out, an evening that was born out of a simple but powerful belief: when local businesses support each other, everyone wins.

On Wednesday, May 20th at 6 PM, Six Horse Ranch in Horseshoe Bend, Idaho opens its gates for a night that's as beautiful as it is meaningful. Nestled just 40 minutes from Boise in the Sweet/Montour Valley, the ranch is owned by Free Rein Creative founder Emily Gravel-Fletcher herself , making this evening a deeply personal expression of everything she believes in. Six Horse Ranch is a private working property and forever home to rescue, retired, and working horses and goats, closed to the public year-round. This event is a rare and special opportunity to step inside that world.

But what makes Cowgirls Night Out truly special isn't just the setting , it's the people who helped create it.

Emily reached out to three incredible local businesses to co-create this experience, and the result is something none of them could have pulled off alone. Nicole Catherine Photography will be on-site capturing golden-hour portraits with the ranch horses, the kind of images that stop you mid-scroll and make you feel something. Pots on the BLVD brings their floral magic with a hands-on bouquet workshop, so every guest leaves with something handcrafted and beautiful. And joining as a very special guest, Rancher Hat Bar will be set up for optional custom cowboy hat styling; 100% wool hats with your choice of band, accessories, and branding that you'll reach for again and again long after the night is over.

Throw in delicious bites, refreshing drinks, golden Idaho light, and the company of your favorite people, and you have an evening that's genuinely hard to put into words.

This is the kind of event that doesn't happen by accident. It takes someone willing to make the calls, pull the right people together, and build something from scratch, and that's exactly what Free Rein Creative does, not just for itself, but for businesses just like yours.

If you've ever thought about hosting a branded event, a collaborative experience, or a community gathering but didn't know where to start, FRC can help make it happen. From concept to coordination, Emily and her team know how to bring the right partners to the table, create an experience your audience will remember, and make sure every business involved gets to shine. Whether it's an intimate workshop, a pop-up partnership, a seasonal celebration, or something entirely your own, FRC can turn the idea in your head into something real and remarkable. This is what building community looks like in practice, and it's available to you.

Tickets for Cowgirls Night Out start at $66 for general entry, which includes the floral bouquet workshop, on-site photography, and refreshments. Want the full experience? Add the Rancher Hat Bar for $137.50 and walk away with a custom cowboy hat to match your memories. Spots are limited and this one will sell out, so head to frcreativeworks.com/group-events and grab yours before they're gone.

Come for the horses. Stay for the community!
