Frequently asked questions.

I don’t live in Idaho, can we still work together?

Yes! Most of our services are not limited to Idaho. We are happy to discuss the scope of your project and see if it can be achieved remotely.

Will I own the website you design for me?

Absolutely! We believe it's essential that you fully own your website. We’ll guide you in selecting the right hosting platform and make sure you're set up with ownership of both your domain and your site, no strings attached.

Will I get charged every month for you to maintain my website?

Only if you want ongoing support! We offer monthly website maintenance and updates (think managing inventory, blog posts, or email campaigns) based on availability. But if you'd rather handle things yourself, we’re happy to build your site, hand over the keys, and let you take it from there. Need help later? We offer hourly rates for any future updates.

Do I get to choose my website’s host platform?

Yes! While we often recommend Squarespace or Shopify for their ease of use and reliability, we’re also happy to work with platforms like Wix, Square, GoDaddy, or WordPress. If needed, we can help you choose the platform that best fits your business goals and budget.
